Refund policy
At Entangle, we believe in providing only the best. If you receive a damaged item or something that doesn’t match your order, we’re here to help. Please refer to the guidelines below:
Returns
- If you're not satisfied with the product, please intimate us with in 04 days and we will accept the return.

If you’re not satisfied with the product or its fit, you may return it. A nominal return fee of Rs.200 per product will be charged to cover handling and logistics.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please return it along with your order number.

After verification, we will promptly send a replacement.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds, but we do provide exchanges for size-related issues, subject to the following conditions:

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours (2 working days) of delivery.

Transportation fees for exchanges will apply.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at wecare@entangle.in with your order details and exchange request.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us, as we do not offer reverse pickups. Kindly obtain an acknowledgment from your courier service.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable courier service.

Products must be sent in original packaging, and be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Include your name, address, email, and desired size with the parcel for faster processing.
Important Notes:

Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Size exchanges apply to the same product of equal value only; shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a credit note valid for 30 days, redeemable on entangle.in.
Order Cancellation

Prepaid Orders: Cannot be canceled.

COD Orders: Can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing us at wecare@entangle.in.
Partial Order Exchange

Eligible products from your order can be exchanged within 48 hours of delivery.

Some products may not qualify for return or exchange (e.g., items on sale or promotional offers).
Fit Issues

For size-related concerns, request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we’ll provide a credit note.
Non-Acceptance of Exchanges/Returns

We do not accept exchanges or returns for dissatisfaction with fabric or color. Kindly refer to product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.

Color variations (10–12%) due to lighting or screen resolution are not eligible for return/exchange.

Washed, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return/exchange.

Products purchased during sale periods are final and non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
